These terms govern your use of Punchpack ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Punchpack is a personal tracking utility for prepaid sessions, class packs, invoice quotas, and similar prepaid balances. It's designed to run locally on your iOS device.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard EULA for App Store apps.

Punchpack Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited packs and Pro features. The purchase:
If you have a billing issue, please contact Apple Support directly through your iOS device.
You own all the data you create in the app. We don't collect, store, sell, or share it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own private iCloud container. We have no access to it.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make Punchpack reliable, but software has bugs. We don't guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRVT, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data, missed sessions, expired packs, or financial loss from prepaid balances.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it (which, if you're on the free tier, is zero).
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
